But it would be wrong to simply ‘assume’ that all our customers share the same sentiments. As such, we decided to survey all our clients, so that we had a better understanding of how Logistics World is perceived and the service we deliver.
A new tagline for Logistics World…
In Spring 2020, we asked our customers some key questions, along with their opinion on a tag line for Logistics World. Having narrowed the strapline down to four – ‘Always delivering, job done’, ‘Service is paramount. Delivery included’ and ‘Global delivery, unrivalled service, job done’, we settled on the favourite ‘Your outsourced transport team. Depend on us’.
Our ‘customer service’ sets us apart!
The fabulous feedback exceeded even our expectations, with ‘customer service’ being the number one reason given as to what makes Logistics World different from other transport companies.
‘Professional, trusted and dependable’ were just a few of the words that were repeatedly used to describe us. Ultimately, we received 95% complete customer satisfaction, an accolade that we were delighted with!
One of our clients wrote “A very reliable service; always helpful and professional”, whilst another stated that “Tim Wilson and his no nonsense approach to get things done instills me with confidence and reassurance that the job will get done, on time every time!”
