Whilst many of you may have spoken to Leah since she started working with us, to help you to get to know Leah just a little better, we asked her the following questions:

Q. Did you pass your driving test first time?

A. I currently don’t have a driving licence, but I am hoping to start having lessons very soon, and hope that I will pass first time!

Q. What would be your dream car?

A. A Volkswagen Polo.

Q. Have you always worked in transport?

A. No. I previously worked for the water board, so working in transport is very different, especially as it brings a variety of challenges each day.

Q. What’s the best thing about working at Logistics World?

A. Definitely the people. My colleagues are very easy to get along with and the overall environment at Logistics World is really enjoyable too.

Q. What’s the worst traffic jam you’ve ever been stuck in?

A. I once got stuck on the motorway for over three hours in standstill traffic, and that’s a long time to wait when you need a convenience break!

Q. Red, amber (aka yellow) or green?

A. Yellow, because it’s bright and sunny, and stands out the most!

Q. What did you dream of becoming when you were a child?

A. I actually wanted to become a social worker.

Q. What do you most like to listen to whilst driving? (radio, podcast, streaming music)

A. The radio generally, and especially Capital and Kiss FM.

Q. What form of public transport do you prefer and why? (air, boat, train, bus etc)

A. Trains – the journey always seems to go so much quicker.

Q. If you could travel anywhere, where would you pick?

A. New York or Australia.

Q. Bonus question! Instagram or TikTok?

A. TikTok
