At Logistics World, along with our drivers and staff, our vehicles are amongst our greatest assets. This statement may not come as a total surprise, given that we are a fully operating transport company, offering services including same day, refrigerated deliveries and ADR (dangerous goods) handling and many others.
Just as is the case for so many businesses whose tools are their trade, our fleet is an integral part of our livelihood! We’re extremely proud that so many of our vehicles are as new as they are, with a number of our EURO 6 HGV’s being acquired only earlier this year!
This hasn’t always been the case at Logistics World, and like so many transport companies, we too started with more humble beginnings, with a much smaller fleet of much older vehicles!
We take great pride in how our vehicles look, both inside and out. Regardless of their age, any fleet should be religiously maintained with inspections every six weeks to meet with current legal requirements. Whilst our customers and clients don’t see this ‘behind the scenes’ maintenance, they are sure to notice when a lorry or courier van isn’t clean, and as such our fleet is washed on a weekly basis.
Finding a reliable valeting company to clean our fleet hasn’t always been easy, and so when an opportunity arose to start up a commercial vehicle cleaning agency, the decision was an easy one!
Having ‘tried and tested’ numerous valeting companies, we understood and knew both the positives and the pitfalls of running a commercial vehicle cleaning agency. We wanted to offer a reliable service that encompassed all the plus points and addressed all the negatives that we had previously experienced.

Aptly named Valeting World, it’s a vehicle valeting agency which specialises in fleets, and prides itself on offering reliability, professionalism and punctuality – after all any commercial vehicles sat waiting to be cleaned are costing money, by not being on the road delivering!
Being ‘self sufficient’ was also a priority for Valeting World, with each valeting vehicle having its own power and water supply.
It was infuriating when a valeting company would arrive to clean the Logistics World fleet, and their first question was to ask where the nearest water supply was! Equally frustrating was when we needed a vehicle urgently cleaning at the weekend or at a more unsociable time of the day, so when we started Valeting World, we made the decision that our service would be available 7 days a week.
Covering Birmingham, Walsall, Lichfield, Wolverhampton and their surrounding areas, no job is ever too large or too small!
